Try eating 2 baked potatoes at bedtime NOT microwaved
And an apple for breakfast. Take a hot shower when you wake up to get your blood flowing.
    Along with anything others suggest.
It might take a couple of weeks to notice any real change.

If there are no medical problems. Your body at this point in your life requires sleep. Plenty of it. I would suggest that you check out your diet and exercise along with some observations of how long your sleeping and adjust your sleep time.

Teenagers need sleep. It is a fact. Ur still growing.
