    Custody of an unborn child.
    I was wondering if a person can give custody of an unborn child to there sister?

    No custody arrangement can be made until the child is born.

    Once the child is born, a person could relinquish all parental rights to a sister for the purpose of adoption; you need to mindful that there is an issue as to therights of the daddy as well.
