Hi can anyone help me how to remove a semi permanent hair colour it should wash out in 28 washes put its still here, I went from a light brown to a dark plum colour. I chose semi permanent so that I didn't have to keep the colour, what a disaster the colour makes me feel tired and old looking, can anyone help.
