    Bathtub faucet problems
Water will not come out of the bathtub faucet when the water is turned on, it will only come out of the shower head. How do I solve this problem?

What type of diverter do you have? A pull up on the spout or is it built into the shower valve? If it's a pull up on the spout does it have a hole underneath the spout back against the wall?

    Answer to your question
The tub is in a mobile home and the faucet has 3 knobs with the one in the center for the shower. The water will come through the shower but none will run into the tub by just turning on the hot and cold water
The seat in the middle diverter ,(see image) is clogged. Renove the stem and washer assembly and turn the water back on to flush out the diverter. Reassemble and test. Better now? Regards, Tom
