I have worked with several window companies and many are getting more restrictive on glass failures. There are several reasons for this but I don't need to go into that here. The one area none have refused a claim is vapor seal failures. You may be able to go back to the place where the window was purchased and have them submit a claim. Tell the store the sash seal has failed. I do not like to be dis-honest but at times like this where the manufacturer is being picky, it is necessary. Good luck.
