Yes she can.. normally immigrants are liekly to get a green card if there married to osmeoen from the state

Oversea "lovers" is one of the biggest scams, the most are from Africa but they change the nations, they have trouble getting passports, need money to bribe someone, next it will be a visa, travel money and more.
Some will play as another part of the nation, I had one contact me that was from one area, well it happens they did not know were I was really at, and this was close, So as soon as I said, great I will be there tomorrow, they never emailed back once.
