    Mad and used
I got married 5 years ago to a Jordanian everything was going fine, finally in August he got his citizenship, I went to Florida to visit my parents, I called his cellphone to check on him he never returned my calls, finally on Saturday before I was going to fly back to New Jersey he called telling that he is going back to jordan, when came back to the apartment I found nothing all his clothes, books, paper, pictures he had taken with him.

Now my question is can report him to immigration I feel that he only marry me for his citizenship.

IF he returned to Jordan not sure it shows he was using you for citienship.

But report him if you want to, don't excpet them to do anything, file it away and go on to where dozens of illegals are up to something maybe

So you report him and then what? Maybe he did commit a fraud, maybe he changed his mind, maybe any other reason. Was there anything in the five years that could have pointed to him only marrying you for the citizenship? Or were you aware of this and went ahead anyway, thinking that it would not matter once you got married?

Why would he go back to Jordan, now that he had attained his US citizenship? I want to have some sympathy for you but have little. You can report this as a fraud and ask that it be investigated. I honestly do not know how far you would get.

I wouldn't worry about reporting him to immigration if he's gone back to Jordan. Just worry about divorcing him. Which is one reason I moved this to the Divorce forum. The other is that the Form Hrlp area is clearly marked as for questions about the site, not other questions.
