I'm 14 years old, and I think I'm pregnant. My boyfriend knows too, he is 20 years old. Is it possible that my boyfriend can go to jail or get charged? Can I move out and go live with him when the baby is born, because I will be 15 then? What's the legal age to move out? PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME! :(

He can quit possibly get in trouble, mostly depending if anybody tries to press charges on him. Legally you can't move out until 18 (most states). You can try and get emancipated at 15 or 16 (depending on your state). I think you have to have your parents permission though.

Yes, he can get in quiet a bit of trouble. Have you talked to your parents yet? They can help you more about this.

This is not always the case. If the local prosecutor wants to prosecute, s/he can and will.

Moon, honey, yes your boyfriend could be in a great deal of trouble should you be pregnant, or if your parents or another adult find out you are having sex. He could go to jail and be labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life.

My sister got pregnant at 14 and her boyfriend was 19. Talk to your parents they will most likey be mad at first but they love you and will come around. As for your boyfriend getting into trouble it depends on your parents and who they or you tell, they have the choice on whether to press stchatory rape charger or not. And I know this is something you don't want to think about but what does a 20 year old MAN want with a 14 year old GIRL?
