What is this bump on my lip like a blister
It could be a pimple. I had a pimple on my lip once which looked like a blister, and after a few days it went away.
Could be a canker sore. Get it checked by a doctor to rule out hepatitis (which causes canker sores)
Hepatitis causing cankers? Here I thought it was a herpes virus causing cold sores. Go see a doctor, kid.
Interesting new theory here. Never heard of hepatitis causing this as hepatitis affects the liver.Quote:

Now to the meat of my question, excuse the pun... Is it on your lip (mouth) or your lip (vagina)? The answer to this will greatly affect future answers.

When giving medical advice we must be as accurate as possible. Hepatitis, depending on the type... can be deadly. If the OP looked up hepatitis, as your first post suggested, you chould have totally freaked him/her out.Quote:

The best thing to do if you have a medical problem is to go to your doctor. I was just trying to help and have already apologized for mistyping my answer. Also if the OP looked up hepatitis he/she would have realized my mistake, therefore it should not have "freaked him/her out." Once again I apologize for my error.:(
You are 100% correct here. You get what you pay for, LOL... And everyone should go to their healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis.Quote:

Even when I do look it over there are still usually spelling errors:o . I honestly did know that it isn't hepatitis that causes cold sores and I hope that the person that posted this question wasn't afraid because of my misinformation. I will be more careful in future. I have been properly chastised. :(
Hey, no prob... We are human and we all make mistakes!! We learn from them and move on.
Cripes! Back to the lip bump, which is becoming more interesting in and of itself as this thread continues... lol
