Welcome, but electrical questions are best posted to electrical and Lighting. It is under Home and Garden at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/

I would ask the mods to move your question there, but I think it needs more details.

(Question moved from Introductions to Electrical & Lighting.)

I agree with labman. It would help if you would provide some additional details in your question so that we can give you the best help possible.

Since you are a Computer Science Student, did you consider contacting your local power company for this information.

Also, I'm not sure what type of Utilities information can be given out blindly over the web, you know because of the Patriot Act. The information may not be readily available any more.

Well, one question and four requests for more info, and no response.

If you look up your local utility website, I believe you will find the info you need to fill out a Entity Relationship Diagram.

Be sure to understand the hierarchy of corporations involved, and the board of directors and officers of each.

    TK,

Thanks for steping in. I thought that the OP was asking about "Emergency Recovery" within a Utility, which to me is not something we would want floating around in the ether.

In any case, it would be great to get a response to the valid questions.

There is enough stuff floating around here.

Just kidding everyone, someone had to say it, and show my dry wit.
