    Humming noise in the walls
    1. My house is 5 years old.
    2. The pressure in the faucets and the shower seem to be slow, at times.
    3. When we flush the toilet, wash our hands, or do the dishes there seems to be a loud humming noise that appears within the walls. However, the noise doesn't always occur.
    4. The humming can sometimes be relieved by a turn of the faucet, this seems to relieve the noise until we shut it off again.
    5. The noise doesn't last for very long. (@10-30 seconds)
    6. We have a WELL.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

Next time you hear the noise, peek inside your toilet tank. Is the fill valve vibrating? If so, change it to a fluidmaster 400a
