Are these parents somehow disabled and dependent upon you>? This is a vital aspect to getting a good answer.

If there is no real hardship on them that has them living in your house, it may be best to sit down with them and explain that you have a family of your own now, and you need to put your focus on them. Then do everything you can, with love and respect, to help them get their own place.

Are they paying something towards the household? After two years they would probably be considered tenants and you have to go through a formal eviction. Are they refusing to move? We really need more details here.
