I think so but they can only garnish up to a certain percent.

There is a gross amount that can be deducted. If the child support meets the pct, then I doubt if they can take more.

There is a max amount , each state has its own laws, and over that percent they can not take more.

So it all depends is your current garnishment at the max or not.
