If interested in learning arabic,
I was told that written Arabic is different from spoken. True? I would love to learn more than "la, mish mumkin!"

Sure, I'd like to learn some Arabic free of cost on this site! That's what this site is about, getting information for free! Perhaps it's possible for you to start teaching and people learning Arabic on this thread? I know that I would be able to teach people beginning piano on a thread. Have thought about doing that...

Yes exactly, pronounced the same.
Ezayek sonic123. I think this is cool too. I have a couple of arabic friends, they get embarrassed or shy for some reason when I ask what something they said means. So it would be pretty cool to be able to say something to them in arabic. That wouldn't be considered rude would it?
Salam for now
