I am putting a toilet in my basement. There is a 3" PVC pipe protruding out of a 3" elbow embedded in the conrete. I can cut the 3" PVC flush but I don't know if they make a flange that will insert inside the diameter of the 3" PVC. If they do is there any risk of the inner diameter getting too small and plugging up with toilet paper or something else flushed down the drain? The drain line under ground is a 3" dumping into a 4" PVC line to the street.
Thanks
