Hi there, I have dark brown hair that I have dyed about 3 months ago and it was a dark dark brown. My natural colour is a mousey brown/dark blonde. The brown I had dyed my hair was a non permanent and would wash out in 28 days but its still not out. My ends have turned blone and I'm not sure why.

I have recently used Loreal Colour Zap about 1 month ago and it turned a brassy colour but then about 2 days later it went back to the dark dark brown I had and I have no idea why!
But I really want to dye my hair a blondey colour now and I was wondering if using loreal colour zap is more damaging then dying my hair a blonde colour.

If I did use Loreal colour zap again for the 2nd time would that be more damaging then dying it blonde?

Anyway can someone HELP MEE!!

Hair color removal products can make your hair brassy. Sometimes it is necessary to remove all color from the hair in order to achieve the correct color. So if you want to go from dark brown to a decent blond color, it's best to lighten your hair with bleach and then apply the desired color. You might want to consider going a salon and have a stylist do the coloring process for you.
