    Spybot problems
I keep getting this window coming up saying:

Spybot dected an important registry entry that has been changed
    Catergory System: Startup Global Entry
    Change: Value changed
    Entry: NvCplDaemon
    Old Data: RUNVLL32.EXEC:\WINDOWS\system32\Nv...
    New Data:RUNVLL32.EXEC:\WINDOWS\system32\Nv...

I have used Spypbot and Adaware and recently an anti-virus scan to try and deal with it but as yet I don't seem to have been successful. Is anyone able to suggest anything that might prevent it from coming up again. Thank-you.

This is not necessarily spyware, the program monitors your computer and notifys you when any changes are made so that you can approve or deny the change. In this case it looks like a change to a Nvidia graphics card, have you updated the driver recently. If you have you just need to approve the change and it will stop showing you this screen.

    Get rid of it
    Hi,
Another answer stated it's the Nvidia card's program that continues to show up.
    Here is a site:

    http://castlecops.com/s2547-rundll32...CplDaemon.html

Scroll down to the table, then across from "Description", shows another way to disable this feature.

    Spybot problems
Thank-you very much, StuMegu and fredg, I will be keeping your good advice with me. Being a new comer to computer technology I had asked in a number of places in order to get the easiest way to solve this problem. The way that I found the easiest to follow was to

Open Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident.

Then uncheck the following: Resident "TeaTimer"

So far this seems to be working, If I have any other promlems I will go through your suggestions &/or get in touch with you again. Once again thank-you very much for your help.
