    Bad Flame Sensor?
    Thermostat calls for heat
Blower comes on for 30 seconds
    Ignitor glows
Gas kicks on & gas ignites in first burner
Travels down the to the other three burners including the last one where the flame sensor resides
Furnace stays lit for a few seconds and then goes out with a lockout code

The odd thing is I can cycle the furnace off and on and it will then work. But every day or so at some point it will lock out. It sounds like the flame sensor isn't working, but I would think that would either be broken or not. I wouldn't think the problem would be intermittent. Do you think that might point to the control board or something else? Either way I think it is worth replacing the flame sensor first since it is only $20 bucks or so. But would like any other opinions.
