I have a male staff who's almost two yrs old.He has been sick for the last two days keeping food down but when he drinks water he brings it straight back up again.Other than that he is still very happy and content and happy to eat.

I think you are better off getting him into the vet than having anybody here speculate on what the problem is. Otherwise, he could take a turn for the worse over the weekend. If he is not keeping water down, he could dehydrate.
