    True friends?
My friends from an organization are ganging up on me and I can't help but to be affected. This is maybe because of one incident that 1 friend (used to) who is so influential had his (he is gay) temper on me and I reacted. This causes minor quarrels but since he is influential all our friends members are ganging up on me.

The sad thing is I tried my best to ignore this person but every time we see each other he looked at me from head to toe (insulting). I don't want to react because this will just make things worst but I can't help but to be emotionally affected. The sad thing is my closest friend from there side and I am so disappointed. Recently this friend of mine ( as I thought so) is showing she' s just neutral but I feel and I realized after what happened she is not really a friend who I can count on.

How should I react to this situation... What is the right thing to do? This guy thinks that since he is a pioneer member of this org, he thinks that he can control everything. He is acting like a leader of the group. He is saying that he is so powerful and can do anything. So the staff are so conscious when I am around even some who used to chat with me are so conscious and I feel bad about this.

Uhg! That sounds like pretty effective isolation of you. I don't know what kind of organization you guys are in. It sounds like people are talking about you behind your back. There are some serious power issues. And you feel friendless. This person who is trying to control everything is using you (and probably others) to increase the perception that he is in control. Control by intimidation. That's not control, that's bullying. People do it all the time. But only because we support them.
