My husband sold our mobile home to a woman on ssdi she knew the contract conditions,now she has no electric,no home owners and she has taken out appliances in the mobile and gave them away even tough contract states she cannot,she alao cancelled her homeowners insurance which is in contract too,it just states she has to have home owners insurance,she also is behind on her payments with us and is behind on her lot rent.the contract also states she must pay lot fee everymonth or its considered default and my husband can take back mobile home.how she isn't even living in trailer?can I change the locks and boot her out?do I get her out so I can sell?:mad:

IS she behind on her payments with you? Do you have the condition that if she does not have insurance, you will get it and bill her for it,
have you billed her for the value of the appliances

of course she knows and does not care, she is living cheap and knows it will take you months to foreclouse on her, most likely once you start foreclosure she will stop making payments also.

So get out your contract, get an attorney and starrt foreclosure on her.
