    Probation, leaving the states
Hey guys today I went to the probation department trying to see what I need to travel outside of the united states. I told them I needed to go to Canada to visit my fiancé who is really sick. The probation officer check my record and saw I been attending probation for 3 years with out violating. She later on told me I needed a letter from my fiancé explaining the medical problem she has as well with the doctor signature. I am planning to go visit her on January if everything goes as planned.

I am wondering if any of you guys know exactly how this letter should be written, if so can anyone please help.

    Ty very much

Just like the po said, explaining the medical condition. What is wrong, how serious, and so on. And the doctor should send, after a release from the lady, a medical explanation of the illness.
