You need to work with the children's services agency that has responsibility for the child.

Every time we have called there to get information on the child and see were we are at. The service will not give information or will stone us. I am not sure what else we can do.

You have to prove your boyfriend is the child's father. You may need to work with an atty in that area to file a custody petititon.

There was already the blood work done to detrimed that he is the father and he has file the paper work for custody but the court will not hear the case or look at it. And right now very low income to get a lawyer.

What reason are they giving for not hearing the case. And without a lawyer you will get no further than you have.

That is the problem they will not even talk to him. Every time we call or his mother they are never there. And can't get lower to low income. What can I do I think its wrong for them to keep her away from the father and the mother had a 13 yr son take nude pic of her and put on internet that's y the kids are not with her and she might get back this month.

If you want to get custody, you may have to fight like crazy... sell everything.. but get a lawyer to help you fight for the kid... Sounds like you have plenty of proof of the mother being an unfit parent.

If you want this bad enough, you got to go for it. You'll never regret it.
