    Moving out at age 15
Okay, well I'm 15. I live in unsafe home and I need to move out because it effects me everyday. How do I move out? Do I have to go to court?

You contact a school counselor and tell them your situation. They wll get CPS to look at your situation and decide whether it is unsafe, but you will not be able to move out on your own, you will be placed in foster care. If you try to leave by yourself without that help, you may be listed as a runaway, and things could get worse for you.

Trying to do anything on your own is a bad idea. Contact an adult you trust, I mentioned counselor because they know what to do .

Look. Find someone that you trust dearly.
Whether itsa close friend or a relative.
If you feel safe with them then you should ask them to take care of you.
And if they are willing then except it.
I don't think you have to go to court.
Just don't move out without telling them.
Whether you leave a note or talk to them one night.
And if they are not the kind of people to be talking to about that then just seriously leave a note.
And if they are physically hurting you then they should be in jail or in court getting ready to go to jail. I've had friends who have gone through this and she moved with her Dad. And she said that she is happeir then ever now.
    Just pray.
    God answers.

If you live in a unsafe condition, contact a school couselor or law enforcement officer, this will be reviewed by family and children services and they can remove you from the home to a safe place.
And/or try to correct the issues that make it unsafe.

You can not just move out at 15.
