My landlord just told me that I have seven days to vacate because of two months of back payments, I told him I could have the money in 24 hours but he still proceeds to tell me that he doesn't want it and I have to leave. Please help

He is unAmerican for kicking folks out during the holiday season, next time he can charge more deposit. Disguise your money, hand it to him, if he accepts it, he accepts it. Don't accept anything from him. Call the Sherriff dept, I think they have to serve you with an eviction notice, ask them about some info.
