Is is possible to have your name on a home if you are collecting welfare and receiving helpf from the State for medical, food etc? If so where do I report this to? Please help

Well put it this way I bust my butt where I am today. She collects child support for 3 kids all different fathers, she gets free medical through the state, she gets $500 for food stamps and she gets a check from the state two times a months. So add it up. Now her name is on her boyfriends house how is that fair?
