    Breakfast ideas
I am trying to make sure I eat something every morning with my eat healthy diet
Even if it is jelly toast. I don't like bagels.
I am getting a little tired of eggs and potatoes in every way, shape and form. Need some variety.
I also eat oatmeal and grapefruit or homemade applesauce sometimes.
I would like some suggestions on some other breakfast ideas.
    Don't really eat much cereal.

So you eat oatmeal I love porridge with things like bannanas sliced in and honesy drizzled on top, fresh fruit salad is a nice breakfast as is yoghert with extra fruit and nuts.
You could always make your own musilli with your favourite dried fruits and nuts it always tastes a dam site lot better than bought that's for sure.

    Hello N0:

A very healthy friend of mine once told me to eat dinner for breakfast. I do. It used to make me feel guilty. I don't know why, but it did. Now it doesn't. I love a big juicy steak for breakfast.

Of course, my habits may not be for everyone...

    Hello again, N0:

That's true, but just imagine how quick and easy dinner will be. I love pancakes for dinner.

    Ex

    Try crêpes for dinner
    I love chicken crêpes
Mix chicken with condensed cream soup, sauteed onions, celery, etc...
Spoon in crêpes and top with more condensed soup and top with cheddar cheese
    Heat/melt cheese.

    Serves 2 (Vegetarian)

    2 heaped tablespoons rolled oats
3 tablespoons skimmed or semi-skimmed milk or water
2-3 tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt or fromage frais
    1-2 tablespoons honey
    1 apple, grated
Fresh fruit (1 peach or 1 banana, blackberries, strawberries or raspberries, etc.)
    Recipe
Soak the oats in the milk or water for at least 20 minutes. Mix in the yoghurt, honey and grated apple. Divide between the 2 bowls and top with fresh fruit, cut up if large.

I warn you now it looks like sick but tastes devine

    Hello again, N0:

Not really. You can get the same good culture from acidophilus milk, and you can't taste it at all.

    Thanks will try that too.
The acidophilus pills don't seem to do much for me and that is one thing I would rather get in my foods.
I take the supplements for anti oxidents cause I don't care for a lot of green veggies like broccoli and artichoke, etc...
