The best way for water dispersment
In the prossess of redoing the plumbling in an older home... ( to many shower screams)
And now with a suite going in its time.My question is -What is the BEST way of installing the all the hot and cold lines throughout the house so create the lowest amout of water lagging?
    Use oversized pex?
Use manifolds?. and if so 1/2" or 3/4"

    Thanks

You may repipe with any material that you choose. We pipe our new homes with 3/4 mains and 1/2" branches. Local codes mandate no more then three fixtures on a 1/2" branch. You may increase the pipe size if you wish but 3/4" mains and 1/2" branches should be the minium. Good luck, Tom

This depends on the number and type of fixtures being installed.

    One lavatory or two?

Roman type soaking tub with deck mounted valve or traditional tub with 1/2" in wall valve?

Full size traditional shower with one valve and head, or custom shower with multiple valves, heads, body sprays and hand held heads?

    Bidet?

    Steamer?
