Does anyone know where I can get an inexpensive/free copy of the Pennsylvania Statutes so that I can use reference on my own time? I have been to the courthouse law library as well as the public library but I would like to get a copy for myself.

You should be able to get one at Duquense University bookstore ask them for the used book section by the civic arena (now Mellon area) They should have relatively new ones. I got my blacks law book there.

You might also try putting an ad in your county law journal. If you're talking about a complete, up to date set of Purdon's Pennsylvania Statutes Annotated, this will cost you a few bucks (I've been out of the business for a while, so my pricing wouldn't be current). You could also try e-bay (I've seen some used books there), also, look for used lawbook dealers in the yellow pages.

Vasquez, are you from Westmoreland County? I met someone with your screen name several years ago from there.
