    Lower sperm count
    Hi..
I had heard that men with lower sperm count or less active motile are not supposed to have regular sex, also that if they are planning a family they re supposed to hve an intercourse only during the ovulation period. Is this true? And what are its remedies? Anyone who can help me with this because my friend's husband's facing this problem

It does indeed help to have sex less often and to have sex around the time of ovulation. This gives the good sperm time to build their numbers up.

What are the remedies? Well, it all depends on what the cause is. Your friend's husband should have a diagnosis by a doctor as to the possibilities as to why his count is low/less mobile. HOWEVER, a direct cause of low sperm count and slow motility is not always known.

Yes it's true... a man with low sperm count who is trying to help his partner conceive needs to hold off on ejaculating as much as possible in the time directly before ovulation. His sperm count will be more concentrated when he does ejaculate during his partners ovulation time, thus helping increase the chances of concieving.
