1998 Honda Accord seems dead. It will not start or even turnover. This has happened before but then after awhile it would start

Ensure battery is good, by removing it and placing it on a charger. If it still doesn't turn over, after replacing the battery, then the link below should help:

Could be your relay? It is a silver box over on the right hand side under the hood... tap it with something a couple of times then try to start the car
