    PHD in what? Medicine? Law?

    I'm guessing you want a pHD is pharmacy. It all depends on where you live. But here in the states, school is full time once you get past your prerequsites.

    You're not going to find a free PhD program anywhere as far as I know; these are expensive programs to develop and run. In recent years, some universities in the USA and Canada have started offering part-time options for study toward a PhD in Pharmacy; if you Google "part time phd pharmacy" and examine the links you will find schools offering a part time option.

    For fee structure and course detail, you'll have to see the catalogs for the individual schools. Here's a page from the US Bureau of Labor & Statistics on pharmacy:
