    Child Support
    Hello,

I have a female relative who met a man twenty three years ago and had a child by him as he was in the service at that time. He met the child (son) some two years later and begin sending child support. Suddently he abanded all his responsibility and was not to be found.

My relative then applied for wellfare for a number of years until she found a job to support the two of them. Later the wellfare department etc; found him and he paid them back at a sum of 30 thousand dollars and again vanished for another 16 years.

Almost two years ago Ophra Whinphey cohost a show about dead bead dads in which an attorney was her guest who went after dead beats. My relative saw the show and contacted the Attorney hired him, and he shortly found her child's dad investigated him to find out his assets at the tune of over thirty million dollars with a fleet of luxury cars, yahcts, homes and more.

Of course the dead beat have lawyers representing him and using stalling tactics. Can anyone tell me how dones these types of cases turnout ? And if you have any advice that she may ask her Lawyer? THis case is in Northern California.

    Thank you,
    Philly
