I have an account in a bank in England . I wanted to transfer some money to an other
Country by internet banking.After one day the officer of the bank told me that my account is now on hold by LCH ( London Clearing House) and I must pay the cost of transfer to continue transaction.
If I have not money out of my account so I can not pay bill what to do?
Does this hold continue forever ?
Is there an other procedure to deduct their fees from my account?
What are all steps of this hold and their durations?
