I have a computer here that is being assaulted by it's email's through Microsoft Outlook. I've ran many different Antivirus software programs, and 3 different worm removal tools including the one in the link I've posted. Every scan and every worm removal tool has reported no trace of this worm, yet the computer still receives an overwhleming amount if Sober.X spam with viruses attached. The Norton Email scanner picks up the virus and deletes the attachments. My question is whether this computer infected or are other infected computers sending me this spam.

Wellll as you scans are coming up negative I would say you are clean.

Receiving virus attachments and being infected are two completely different things. As long as you aren't stupid enugh to open one of these attachments you should be safe.

My advice to you is make sure your anti virus checks for updates DAILY and is set on paranoid mode, i.e. DELETE ALL viruses on discovery.

If I understand you, you are receiving e-mails that have been flagged as containing Sober.X. If that's the case, the problem is not on your end. Most likely, someone who has you in their address book was infected and is generating these e-mails. Until that person wakes up and cleans out his machine, you will probably continue to get them.

As another suggested, it is being sent out by some other person, unknowingly, in their emails.
You can check on where it's coming from, by NOT opening it, but:
Right click on the email, then Left click on Properties.
Then, click on Details at the top, then on the Message Source button toward the bottom. This works for Outlook Express.
Since you have Outlook, it might be a little different after you click on Properties.
You can see where the email is from, and if a friend, email them back, informing them of the infections. They are probably not aware of it.
