I tried to start it again this morning and nothing I checked the battery and it tested good I am not getting power out from the battery all fuses and fuseable links look good I put the key in and try to start nothing no lights no hazards even. I then pulled the key out an it was making a weird noise and the dash lights would not turn off I then disconnected the battery

You will need to gain access to the ignition switch and see if power is getting to the switch, then is power getting to each terminal when you turn the key to position 2 and 3 and start, when is the last time you tried to hot wire a car, now is your chance.
