If your things are locked in his unit and he won't give them back to you you have to go to Small Claims Court.

If your question is who will get visitation you will have to explain your concerns to the Judge and document them - no one knows 100% what the Judge will order.

What is the custody/visitation situation now? If you believe your son is in danger you have to go back to Court and request an expedited hearing.

Then you have to go to Court with all the documentation you can get and fight for your son -

Well when I filed for support and full custody I file also for the storage the papers also stated I didn't need anattorny/lawer I mean are the papers since no lawer/attorney is nessary the papers are basically saying that I'm getting full custody and they are going to listen to me on what I want for my child . It seems like the father just wanst to say I ahd a baby but he don't want any kinds care for it its been like that since my son was born I mean does the judge usually go with the mother and believes the mother more than the father

I am surprised that the same Court that is going to hear the support and custody petition is also hearing the storage issue -

No, I wouldn't say the Judge would believe the mother more than the father. There was a time when custody pretty much went to the mother but things have changed. The Judge will go with the better parent and that will be based on the proof. I have seen instances when one parent or the other is basically pond scum (pardon the expression!) but not a danger to the chiled and the parent does get visitation. He would have to expose your child to some danger - the rest of his personal life and what he says matters little. It's unfair but at least that's how it is where I live.

You can also ask the Court to appoint an Attorney and Social Worker to investigate the circumstances - they act as a Guardian (in legal name only) for your son and they recommend a course of action to the Judge.

You must be frightened - I think you have to take a deep breath, keep records, get your evidence together. Your son is fortunate in that you apparently love him so much and you have to keep it together in order to fight for him.

And I wish you luck -
