I live in nj is 7 mnts old to young for over nights and regular visitations
I live in jersey I have a 7 mnt old dec 15 here's the questiong the father doesn't have a job he hasn't for 3 mnts now I haVE moved back with my parents because he made us get evicted. Now the father has refused to change diapers feed my child . Since we left the apt in sept he has only wANTED TO SEE THE CHILD 3 TIMES. Its always my mom wants to see him never him . I refused to bring my chilld to his house because his parents has caused me problems and its not her child. The pedeatriction has told me to feed my child a certain way since 4 weeks old because he has acid reflux. The father refusses to do it that way. The father always wanted to hold and play with my son when he was asleep he doesn't care about my sons schedule. . The child cries he hands it off to the next avaible person .the questions is will the judge give him anything but superviserd visitations because of his immaturaty an that he don't want the resopsibality I don't want him to get my son without him getting supervision by social worker and I don't trust him how does the judge usually go does the judge usually go with the motheror just by looking and seeing the father not working he's going to no that he is irrasponsible and not grant him anythang

That is all for a court to decide. Just make it very obvious and have other people that know the situation make it very obvious that he does not have an interest in caring for the child. He just wants a babydoll. That's not what a child is. Proof that he is not responsible, or mature, and ask that he not have visits until he has a job and place to live.

Your child deserves the best, try and fight for it. Good luck!

It is all up to the judge and how good your attorney is as to whether he gets supervised or limited visitation.

Unfortunately, you have the burden of proof. You should document, document, document every situation that you feel is inappropriate and make sure you have witnesses who are in good standing with the law.

Agreed, they want proof of everything... and if there isn't any. It's your word against his.
