I am trying to find a fantasy movie that I saw in the 80s. It was either made in the 80s or late 70s.

All I remember in the movie is a few sketchy details.

1. A girl pulling off a button form her shirt and it turns into a talking crow.
2. I think the same girl gets bitten by a talking wolf. I think she has a fever after that.
3. Towards the end of the movie if I remember correctly and army of people wearing wolf masks/costumes are attacking villages and town.

The movie was either set in the middle ages or renaissance.

If I remember anything else I will post more, but any help would be appreciated.

After talking with my brother, who also seen the movie, this may not be an english title, I saw it in Poland and my memory is a little fuzzy. This will bug me till I find it.
