If this is happening just as of today, then it may be that Yahoo may just be having some problems. The problems might be resolved tomorrow. So, you just might have to have some patience with them if that is the case. This site that we are on right now, was having great difficulties a couple of days ago. People couldn't get on it for a number of hours. After a long while, the problems were resolved. (I think. Don't really know for sure about that since I'm not one of the Administrators.)

Do you have any other alternative email accounts that you can use? I have at least three or four other ones to use as back-ups.

I use Yahoo for my business. My wife's computer and my comuter are wired together and we both use the same cable TV account to connect to the internet. Hers works just fine but not mine?

Are you saying that your wife uses a Yahoo email account also?

What about contacting Yahoo to see what the snafoo with your account might be?

There is still the possibility that someone on this site might come along who really knows a lot about Yahoo email and also about your home computer configuration as well as what questions to ask of you and also how to solve the problem. If I'm not the expert in an area, I like to set things up so that others who know more about a problem can be more informed at the onset of a question so that they don't have to be asking certain questions and can just get down to the nitty gritty of solving a problem.
