    Civil Judgement Against Me
    I have a civil judgement against me that was filed in 2004. I believe this debt is over 10 years old at the time it was filed against me. Can I do anything to have this remove from my credit report. This was a credit card charge.

    Yes you can. Write to each of the three main credit reporting agencies. Tell them that the debt is more than 7 years old and to please remove it. They will.

    TransUnion
    Experian

    I can't remember what ID they ask for. Find them on the web.
