Just remember that wood decking is not cleaned with high pressure, it will damage the wood. The correct chemical, with some manual cleaning and a lower pressure is the best way to do wooden decks.

I would suggest working out a deal cleaning some for friends, est your time and doyour costing. Also a hot pressure washer is must better than the cold units, esp if there is mold and other issures

I would recommend calling another company similar to yours and ask for a quote if possible.

In and around Atlanta, 10 cents a squre foot plus materials would be a ball park estimate for most pressure washing. If you are going back and re-seal, that would be additional labor
