    Immigration fraud
Why is it that immigration fraud is taken so lightly or so it seems? If immigration laws were stronger and suspicious marriages were looked into like they should be for the 3 yrs someone needs to be married to stay here then I believe a lot of people would be in jail and a lot sent back to their country of origin. Why are these marriages left to slip through the cracks?

Marriages that slip through the cracks are not exactly obvious to immigration. I can only speak of Canadian Immigration, however, you must show that it isnot a marriage of convienience. Many people that enter into fake marriages have known each other for many, many years and so when questioned they know each other inside and out. The purpose of a marriage interview is to determine how well thecouple knows each other, if that cabe done all that's left is documetation.

I know someone who is committing fraud and he has admit to me he does not know the girl he married and only did it for the money. The girl is from China and he married her as a favor for a friends wife. SO not only are they committing immigration fraud also insurance fraud as well. They don't live together and she has a boyfriend and he has a girlfriensd so why hasn't immigration looked in on them to see if it is ligit or not? I was under the impression trips to the immigration office were frquent so as to prove the ligitamacy of marriages such as this.Where do you report something like this and what are the odds anything will be done to deport her back to China? I ask because immigration here Nevada is not on the up and up and people who deserve to be citizens are hassled while the bad ones like this girl slip through the cracks and the americans who help them are making a mockery of marriage and our country in a way, Do you agree?
