In July I proposed one girl who was my colleague in office.We were very good friends till that time.When I proposed her she reacted by laughing and told me that it is OK we will continue as friends and asked me not to tell anyone.For the next two days she was behaving with me in the same way as she was before.Suddenly one day she started avoiding me and when I told sorry after 2 weeks or so she told that " we both can't be like before and it is better we concentrate on study and work just like professionals".. she also mentioned what, she is doing may be right or wrong...
Now the problem is some times she behaves with me very well and the next day she will again try to avoid me.. So she has become unpredictable now... So I am confused now what the hell is going in her mind... will you please help me with this??

My own personal policy is not to be dating people with whom I work. What would you think of adopting a similar policy?
