I have been going out with someone for 1 year. He is at university in Cardiff, and I have seen things in the internet (photos, bogs and so on) to suggest he is cheating or has done.. I also looked at his private mail and seen messages from a girl.. I know I shouldn't have looked as it is private. But what do I do now.. I can't exactly shout off at him as I am in the wrong for looking... o please heellp:(

I suppose you could sit down with him and be honest about what you did and found. If you do not find out, this will eat at you and our thoughts usually make things much worse than the reality. I would wonder too if I had found them and I would ask. If there is something missing in the relationship that he is seeking elsewhere, what better time to talk about that? Just be prepared that he may get angry for what you did. You are right, shouting out at him would not be the right approach. Keeping calm is a better approach.

If you feel that you cannot ask him then you need to be able to forget what you found and not even let that stay in the back of your mind. Can you do that?
