I'm uncircumcised-and I'm 16- about 5months ago I had just begun pulling my forskin back
I noticed that there's a Skin looking defect that is attached at the slit from where my Penis opens to a the inside of my forskin.I am able to pull my forskin back and it mildy hurts though,if even water touches the head it feels kind of bad.there is also always some white stuff(smegma I think it's called?) Please can someone help me. I am thinking about telling my mom and asking if I can go to doctor.Someone please help me.This is the last kind of problem I need in my life right now ):

You need to clean all of the white stuff from under the foreskin and keep it clean, The skin that runs form the opening is normal but you may have to have it seen about

So is it supposed to strain? Because mine feels like I have sex it will break or hurt really bad.
I've still been to scared and try to get a erection with it pulled back
