SUBJECT: Trouble with Outlook Express folder configuration.
It's gone. Except for one folder.

Nature of the problem: After doing a Google search for "Skype information".
Using Mozilla's Firefox web browser. I went to Outlook Express to see
If I had received any new e-mail. Looking at the screen I realizied
That only one folder was left. A folder entitled "InBox. Main Identity."

    After realizing the loss,
I uninstalled my Dialup software (PeoplePC Dialup software).
Rebooted. Next, I did a complete registry cleanup.
Rebooted. Next, I reinstalled the dialup software.
    Rebooted.

... I still had the same problem...

Next, I did a complete antispyware sweep.
    Cookies were founded and removed.

... I stiil had the same problem...

Question: After doing everything that I know.
What do you recommend I do
In order to correct this problem?

    Thank You.

    Awaiting your resonse.

    Outlook Express
    Hi,
I use Internet Explorer, and don't have any experience with Mozilla.
But, check the following path, or some version of it, to see if your Identity files are showing, in Windows Explorer.
    c:/windows/application data/identities/microsoft/outlook express.
On the right, you should see your files, such as inbox.dbx, deleted items.dbx, folders.dbx, etc. If they aren't there, then I would call PeoplePC, or email support for possible help.
I do wish you good luck.
