Our house has been on the market since March. We have been in our new house since June, so we have been paying on 2 houses all that time. Things are getting a little desperate (and scary :( ) , as I can see how bad the housing market is everywhere. I was hoping someone could tell me how much longer it might be before we sell our house?

Ahh I am sorry for the situation you are in it must be very hard. People may not be looking at houses at xmas time but as the new year starts it may pick up. Is there anything that you think may be stopping people buy you house doses it need work or up dating sometimes its worth getting a small loan to do the house up a little that's what I did. I put new carpets in and painted all over made it look clean and fresh. No one can really say when you house will sell though sorry. Good luck leti

You could try this: bury a statue of St. Joseph in the front yard, upside down and facing away from the house. If you do not have a front yard then the back yard will do or in the soil of a potted plant or just the flowerpot. Also pray to St Joseph. He is the patron saint of real estate.
