I agree, it would be considered a person with a mental disability killing themselves.

Just because a person with disassociative disorder kills themselves doesn't make it murder. A person with this disorder should be under the care of professionals. It's a very sad situation for some of these people and suicide may seem like their only option.

Multiple personalities exist within a single persons mind. Therefore because they are a part of that person then they would still see it as suicide. ;)

It's still called a suicide by Police Reports, etc.
It's also called suicide by many web sites, reporting on Multiple Personalities, saying these persons usually have a high rate of "suicide", not "homicide", as this link points out:

I might say that the world would consider it suicide as there is only one body and no matter who's in control the body would be killed by that alter.

However, there are multiples who talk about the alters who are trying to kill them or hurt them. So I'd say, some of the alters don't want to die and they would consider it homicide.
