    How can I stop eviction from my home that was foreclosed
    House was sold back to lender under foreclosure and have 30 days to move out. Want to keep house (have lived in it over 25 years):confused. What are my options? :confused:

    You don't have any options. You must move out as directed. It was foreclosed. Consider yourself lucky they gave you thirty days to do find other accommodation.

    You option WAS to pay the mortgage before the foreclosure took place. At this point you are no longer entitled to stay on the property and should move out within the time give before the sheriff shows up to forceably remove you. Sorry to sound harsh... but you can't live in a place you don't pay for and/or no longer own.

    You have a single option. That is to buy back the house from the lender. If they foreclosed on you, then that seems like an unlikely option. Unless you can arrange a buy back, then you have to move. Sorry, but that's the law.
